Bake nine eggs at once in a conventional, combi or speed bake oven with LloydPans’ innovative egg pans. This pan was designed to streamline kitchen operations by making “fried” eggs without the dedicated attention of a cook. Eggs also can be made in conveyor and infrared ovens with some testing. The egg pans are coated with Dura-Kote (DK) stick-resistant finish, which has a darker finish that allows the pans to bake hotter and faster. All pans are metal-utensil safe. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned.
