Crocks filled with food can be kept in a cool, dry environment allowing the vegetables inside to ferment naturally. Since Ohio Stoneware crocks are made with lead-free glazes, they are food safe and easy to clean. They are also conventional oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. This three gallon crock has an 11" diameter, 11.25" height and weighs 16 lbs. A crock cover, HH#4017-305, is available.
