Mix 1 part toner blend with 2 parts 6 vol. or 20 vol. Welloxon developer. For best results, use with Blondor Pale Platinum Toner. Apply using an applicator bottle (recommended) or bowl and brush. Develop for up to 30 minutes. Avoid heat. This non-progressive color won't over-deposit and offers endless customized blonde results.
